There is a $10 per night additional charge for stays
over the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday
periods.
Reservations, Deposits
and Cancellations:
Reservations require a 50% deposit. Balance is due at
the time of arrival. We do not accept credit cards.
Personal checks or money orders are happily accepted. Deposits are refundable
if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival
date. Cancellations made on shorter notice are refundable
if we can re-rent the house for that time.
